Janesville woman arrested on 5th OWI charge near Milton
TOWN OF MILTON—A Janesville woman was not injured when she crashed her car into a ditch near Milton on Sunday, but she was arrested on suspicion of fifth-offense intoxicated driving.
Rock County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lonnie Bechtolt, 49, Janesville, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.
At 12:21 p.m., a deputy found a black Ford Taurus in the ditch on the north side of Townline Road in the town of Milton, according to the news release.
Deputies think Bechtolt was driving north on Harmony Townhall Road when she failed to stop for the sign at Townline Road. The deputy found her uninjured outside her car, according to the release.
