Police: Patty's Plants in Milton burglarized

MILTON—Police are investigating a burglary that led to theft of money at a popular specialty plant shop in Milton.

According to the Milton Police Department, someone broke in through a window on the south side of Patty’s Plants in Milton, and stole an undisclosed amount of cash overnight sometime between 1 p.m. Tuesday and 8:30 a.m. today.

Patty’s Plants is at 819 E. High St. in Chapel Specialties, a multi-business complex housed in a former Methodist church on the city’s east side.

No other businesses in Chapel Specialties were burglarized during the break-in, police said.
