Flood warning and fog advisory issued
SULLIVAN—A flood warning continues for the Sugar River at Brodhead while a dense fog advisory is in effect Monday morning.
The National Weather Service issued the flood warning just after 4:30 a.m. Monday. Minor flooding is forecast when some roads will become flooded about 6 miles downstream in the town of Avon in Rock County.
Also, some minor flooding may develop in Sugar River Park, including the boat ramp, in the Avon bottoms area of Rock County, according to the warning.
The dense fog advisory remains in effect until 10 a.m. Monday when areas of dense fog will create hazardous driving conditions due to the restricted visibility—1/4 of a mile or less.
