Tadder arrested on 4th OWI charge
JANESVILLE—A Janesville man is in custody at the Rock County Jail after being arrested Tuesday night on charges of operating while intoxicated, reported to be his fourth offense, and prohibited alcohol concentration, also reported to be his fourth offense.
According to a Janesville Police Department news release: Roger J. Tadder, 53, of 1529 Woodman Road, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. Tuesday after operating his vehicle across the centerline on Harding Street as well as Benton Avenue.
After the traffic stop, a Janesville police officer put Tadder through a series of standardized field sobriety tests that Tadder failed. Tadder also submitted to an evidentiary chemical test of his breath that reported a blood alcohol value of .19 grams.
