How about that state budget?
When Gov. Jim Doyle signed the budget Monday, it met a deadline of Wednesday to reap tens of millions in federal assistance. But will the budget be good or bad for Wisconsin in the long run? THE ONLY REASON this budget was passed is FEDERAL money involved. By making the June 30th deadline Wi. is eligible for millions in fed money.How soon before this new money is wasted??
