Can we blame the city of Janesville for not trying to prevent emerald ash borers? What must it do now that the deadly borers have arrived? And what should homeowners do? This will be the subject of The Gazette’s editorial Sunday.

What the city should do about Quotes

Janesville’s alcohol licensing advisory committee recommends a license suspension and early closing times at Quotes. Is the city being unfair or giving Quotes and owner Denise Carpenter too many chances? This will be the subject of The Gazette’s editorial Saturday.
