9:30 am - MOMENT OF SILENCE on this DAY OF MOURNING. Reading online this morning, I noted the national response to CT Governor Dan Malloy’s call for a “DAY OF MOURNING” today. Grateful that our WI Governor Scott Walker has responded with his PROCLAMATION yesterday afternoon calling for WI to participate in the DAY OF MOURNING today.
